Keith Hotel Motel

The team at Keith Hotel were very helpful. The perfect place to get a good feed, a great shower and a good night's rest after a long day of driving. Thoroughly enjoyed the night there and slept well after having one of their delicious meals. Cannot rave about how good the shower was and the price was perfect. Have definitely already recommended this place to friends travelling. We will absolutely be back next time!

Didn't stay at the motel just went for dinner as I was staying at another place in Keith overnight to break up my trip. Well I have to say the food looked nice I had the pizza cheesy bread and the chicken snitty with veg. All good until 3am I woke with extreme pain in my stomach and ended up over the toilet bowl for near 5 hours. Great because I had to be in Melbourne by 2pm the next day well that wasn't happening after the night I had. Extreme case if food poisoning 8 hours and several stops after leaving Keith to heave my guts up I arrived at my destination very late and had to go to bed to sleep this thing off. My guess is that they freeze their meat and if it's not used they refreeze it until it gets cooked the veg tasted like frozen veg. So guys ever watch Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares? Just about every episode he strikes this practice going on in kitchens and its a sure way to poison customers and stop people from coming. Fresh is best probably very costly seeing your 3 hours from Adelaide but better than destroying a customer's health and the trip that they are paying good money to do. I rang and spoke to Annette to notify them of what happened she said are you sure its food poisoning? Wow well yes as I was fine until I chowed down on that meal. No offer to reimburse me just said I don't know what to do and if you ever back this way we can give you a free meal. Yeah have a second go around on poisoning me fantastic. No way will I be going back there for a meal end of story enter at your own risk.

We didn’t stay but came for dinner, so glad we did! Meal prices were very affordable and serving sizes were super generous - even our tank of a son wasn’t able to eat his whol Schnitzel, which was fine as they let us have a takeaway box for it. Daughter was super happy they had dinosaur nuggets! We will definitely come back here for dinner next time we are passing through
